Innovations in Science
The science lab field of study will incorporate inquiry based learning as well as content and background building lessons. Technology will be incorporated into the lessons as a means for research, data analysis, project preparations and presentations.
Lab experiences will be intertwined throughout the lessons and as concepts are developed. Students will be well versed in the proper management of laboratory safety, equipment, procedures, and overall behavior in this setting.
The overall program’s goal is to build independent thinkers who see the world around them as a scientific marvel. The students’ natural curiosity will be stimulated and enhanced through the use of this laboratory setting and experiences.
