Stomp Visits PPACS
Dancers From Stomp Do An Interactive Show With PPACS Students
November 8, 2007
On November 8th, our school had the amazing opportunity to meet and dance with the artists from Stomp. Students were selected to learn the major dances that the stomp people are known for.
They learned a variety of skills and had a whole lot of fun. They also realized that there is a lot of determination, hard work, team work, and patience involved in performing this type of show.
When we watched this arousing event, we all felt like we were dancing with them. The dancers were all very open with the students and put a smile on everyone's faces.
When this magical event ended, Stomp went on in the classrooms. For the rest of the day, the children were making cool bets, and even began making up their own dances.
Everyone at PPACS will agree, it was a true pleasure to have these talented performers come to our school.
