Lottery Application Instructions
Application Deadline
Applications for the 2010-2011 school year must be hand delivered or mailed Return Receipt to PPACS before 3:00 P.M. on Monday, March 15, 2010.
Kindergarten applicants MUST be 5 years old by September 1st to be eligible and 1st grade students must be 6 years old by September 1st.
Please refer to the "Application Checklist" for the required documents before you return your packet. You will be responsible to complete all of the required forms and submit them with the documents requested. Our receptionist will give you a receipt when you return your application. You should retain this receipt to verify that your application was returned. If you mail your application, please retain your Return Receipt as verification that your application was received. Packets will not be processed if forms or documents are missing or incomplete.
Lottery results will be mailed around the middle of April, 2010. Due to the large number of applicants, we are unable to respond to phone requests regarding your lottery status. Please wait until you receive your letter.
